Custom Orders & Spiritual Products

All custom gemstone, rudraksha, or astrology-related products (rings, bracelets, malas, etc.) are crafted as per customer specifications. Therefore, such items are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of transit damage or incorrect delivery.

Customers must verify their requirements (sizes, spellings, design preferences) before placing the order. Gemsastro will not be responsible for errors made during order placement.

Pricing & Product Information

All prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies without prior notice.

Delivery & Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery time may vary based on location, availability, and external factors. Gemsastro is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Returns & Replacements

Returns are only accepted for items that are:

• Damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof)
• Incorrect item sent

Customized and spiritual products (e.g., energized gemstones) are non-returnable once delivered unless damaged or incorrect.

User Submissions & Reviews

Any feedback, testimonials, or suggestions submitted to Gemsastro may be used for marketing or promotional purposes. By submitting, you grant us the right to use, edit, and publish such content without compensation.

Accuracy of Information
