At Gemsastro, we ensure secure and prompt delivery of your valuable gemstones through our trusted logistics partners. All gemstones are carefully inspected, certified, and packed using industry-grade protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Delivery Procedure:
Once your order is confirmed, it goes through a rigorous quality check and certification process. After validation, the gemstone is securely packaged in tamper-proof boxes and handed over to our courier partner.
Our delivery partners will make timely attempts to deliver your order. In case of any delivery challenges, they will contact you via phone or email to reschedule.
Your order will be delivered to the address specified at the time of purchase along with a copy of the invoice and authenticity certificate. If your order includes multiple items, we aim to ship them together, though exceptions may apply.
Packaging:
Gemsastro gives utmost attention to safe packaging. Each gemstone is wrapped with bubble wrap, secured in a cushioned container, and sealed in a sturdy box. This ensures the product reaches you in flawless condition. However, as gemstones are delicate, we recommend handling with care after delivery.
Shipping Coverage:
We ship across most locations in India. Serviceability is dependent on our delivery partners’ network. To confirm delivery availability, you can enter your pincode during checkout or on the product page.
Order Tracking:
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order from the "My Account" section by clicking on the "Orders" tab.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Based on your location, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Unforeseen delays may occur due to external factors, for which we seek your understanding.
Delivery Schedule:
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. You will receive a call or SMS before the delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If unsuccessful, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges may vary depending on the gemstone, location, and packaging requirements. These charges will be reflected clearly at checkout. We do not charge any hidden fees.
Returns & Replacements:
Due to the precious nature of gemstones, we only accept returns in cases of damaged, incorrect, or misrepresented products. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and images. No return will be accepted without proper verification.
Return Process:
If your return is approved, the product must be shipped back in original condition along with the certificate, packaging, and invoice. Once received, we will initiate the replacement or refund process within 5–7 business days.
