Refund & Replacement Policy

At Gemsastro, customer satisfaction and product authenticity are our top priorities. We are committed to delivering genuine, high-quality spiritual and ornamental products. Our Refund and Replacement Policy ensures a fair and transparent process for all our customers. Please review our Refund and Replacement Policy below to understand the terms and conditions applicable to your purchases:

1. General Order Policy -

  • Final Sale on Orders: Once an order is confirmed and placed, it is considered final. Cancellations or modifications will not be accepted post-confirmation.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are strictly provided only in cases of damaged goods or incorrect products received. Any such concerns must be reported with appropriate photos and unboxing videos within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Customized Gemstone & Jewellery Orders -

  • No Return/Refund for Customized Products: As these items are made-to-order based on your selected designs and specifications (such as rings, bracelets, pendants, etc.), they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Gemstone Order Finality: Once a gemstone (including pearls) is selected and the order is placed, it is considered final. No return or replacement will be accepted unless the product is damaged during transit or an incorrect gemstone is delivered.
  • Same-Day Replacement Policy for Gemstones: For gemstone-only orders (not set in ornaments), the same day of delivery is the final day to request a replacement, and only in cases of damage or incorrect product received. Requests submitted after the delivery day will not be accepted.
  • Size Accuracy Assurance: Our professionals at Gemsastro will craft your ornaments precisely according to the sizes and specifications you select. Please ensure all details are accurate before confirming your order.
  • Replacement for Size Adjustments: In case of any sizing issues with customized ornaments, we offer a replacement service subject to applicable shipping and adjustment charges.
  • Replacement Window for Ornaments: Requests for replacements due to size corrections in customized jewellery must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the product.

3. Wholesale Orders -

  • No Returns or Replacements: All wholesale purchases are considered final and non-negotiable. No return, refund, or replacement options are available under this category.
  • We recommend bulk buyers confirm specifications thoroughly before placing wholesale orders.

4. Rudraksha Return & Replacement Policy -

  • The same return and replacement policy as gemstones applies to Rudraksha items.
  • Only damaged or incorrect Rudraksha products are eligible for a refund if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customized Rudraksha malas or accessories are non-returnable, with sizing replacements available within 5 days (shipping charges apply).

5. Imitation Jewellery -

  • No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on imitation jewellery products.
  • Free Replacements: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a free replacement without any additional shipping charges.
  • Replacement Window: Requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

6. Beads & Malas -

  • Return/Replacement Eligibility: Available only in case of damage or incorrect product.
  • Return/Replacement Window: Requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.

How to Request Return or Replacement -

  • Self-Service Portal: Customers can initiate return or replacement requests directly from the “My Orders” section on our website.
  • The option will appear only within the applicable window based on the product category:
    • Gemstones & Pearls Ornaments: 5 days from delivery
    • Gemstones: Same day of delivery is the final day to request replacement
    • Rudraksha Ornaments: 5 days from delivery
    • Imitation Jewellery: 7 days from delivery
    • Beads & Malas: 3 days from delivery
  • Ensure you have your order number and clear evidence (images/videos) before submitting the request.

Important Notes -

  • Product Condition: Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Any tampered, worn, or altered product will not qualify.
  • Shipping Charges: In most cases, return/replacement shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of imitation jewellery.
  • Timely Communication: Delayed requests beyond the stipulated window will not be processed.
